1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Quotation Expert application ("Service"), provided by Quotation Expert ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quotation Expert is a business management platform that allows users to create and manage quotations, invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, receipts, payroll, expenses, and related business documents. The Service is available via web browser and Android mobile application.

Features are divided into a Free plan and a Pro plan. Pro features require an active paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.

• Notify us immediately at admin@quotationexpert.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Pro plan is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase and on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• You will be charged via Whop, our payment processor.

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Free Trial

New Pro subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. At the end of the trial, you will be charged for the Pro subscription unless you cancel. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

• Create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive documents.

• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We will never sell your data or use it for advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service — including software, design, branding, and content created by us — belongs to Quotation Expert. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

The Quotation Expert name, logo, and product are trademarks of Quotation Expert.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of any documents, reports, or calculations produced through the Service. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all business documents before sending them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotation Expert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after account deletion, after which it will be permanently removed.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the territory where Quotation Expert operates.
