Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is required to start but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before that with no charge.
What counts as an "entry"?
An entry is any document you create: quotation, invoice, proforma invoice, delivery note, purchase order, bill, or expense. The count resets at the start of each calendar month.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Whop. All transactions are in USD.
Can I cancel at any time?
